This guide is 8 weeks long with the first week 1,2,3 and 4 being body weighted exercises and week 5,6,7 and 8 including weights. Weights are optional in the second part of the guide.
I have included pictures to follow if you are stuck on any exercises, these pictures are in The 8 Week Home Guide log in area which i will need to give you access to so please message me for this.
I worked so hard on this guide and i really hope you all enjoy it as much as i did making it for you all, i wanted something to help everyone being advanced or just starting off training, this is suitable for everyone and in the comfort of your own home!
