I started training when I was 16, with just home workouts, in my room I brought myself a gym outfit, some dumbbells and a matt. This is where I started to do some ab exercises but I didn't really have a clue where to begin or what to do. 

I plucked up the courage to join the gym finally after a year of training in just my room. This is where it all changed for me and my love for training and becoming a happier healthier me impacted my life so greatly. 

And now I want to help you feel the same! we are in this together.
